Conventional chopsticks haven’t changed in over 4,000 years. Isn’t it time for something better?

“I grew up using chopsticks. So I guess you could say I’m pretty proficient in their use. Or at least a lot better than most of my friends! But just because I can use chopsticks doesn’t mean I like chopsticks. I’ve also read that disposable chopsticks have been found to have toxic levels of sulfur, talc, and formaldehyde. But sanitary Jan-Stix are dishwasher-safe, and are made with FDA- approved materials.
